Megan Cutter

Chief of Victim Services

Megan Cutter is an accomplished leader with more than 12 years of experience responding to sexual violence, human trafficking, and other forms of abuse. As the Chief of Victim Services at RAINN, she leads the organization’s efforts supporting survivors through the National Sexual Assault Hotline. Megan also oversees the research and evaluation and training functions of the organization. 

Prior to RAINN, Megan spent over eleven years at Polaris, advancing from a frontline advocate to managing director of the National Human Trafficking Hotline. Megan’s experience spans crisis response, program development, grant management, and stakeholder engagement at local, national, and international levels. 

Megan is bilingual in English and Spanish and is especially passionate about language access for survivors of all forms of violence. She holds degrees in International Studies and Spanish Studies from American University. Megan is also a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with training in trauma-sensitive yoga approaches.
